COVID-19 UPDATE
We have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and following guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO) and respective local health agencies where we operate. We understand there are concerns during this time and wish to assure our guests that the safety and well-being of our guests, customers and colleagues are important to us.
Here we would like to introduce you to some of the measures we are taking to safeguard your health, safety and wellbeing at our SERENATA Hotels & Resorts Group.
Our Health & Safety Commitment
Arrival & Departure

Temperature checkpoints for guests and hotel staff upon entry to the hotel

Staff always wear personal protective equipment such as mask and gloves

Guests and hotel staff are required to scan QR code of the Thai Government’s contact tracing system when entering/leaving the premise.

Guests may be required to complete a health and travel history questionnaire.

Alcohol hand sanitizers are available at reception and throughout the public areas

Room key cards are sanitized before every use

Online menus available in restaurants and in-room

Table spacing ensure physical distancing compliance

Tables, chairs and items such as condiments are sanitized after each seating.

Guest rooms

Rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each stay

Air filters in every guest room will be replaced on escalated timetables.

Limit in-stay housekeeping frequency and observe safe distancing during service

Special focus on high-touch area, including handles, television remotes, light switches, toilet seats, nightstands, luggage racks and flooring.

Hotel staff

All team members received enhanced COVID-19-related health and safety training, including correct procedures for wearing masks and personal protective equipment and physical distancing awareness.

All team members are required to check their temperatures and sanitize their hands very frequently.

Communal Space

All guests and hotel staff are required to wear masks in public areas

Safety amenities including hand sanitizing gels will be available at convenient locations in the hotel

Enabling safe distancing practices by reducing allowable capacities

Cleaning with disinfectant for common touchpoints in public areas

Social distancing etiquette applies in dining areas & public areas

Signage placed to mark appropriate physical distancing guidelines.

Certification

Prior to the reopening, hotels has completed comprehensive sanitization throughout the whole property, complying with the full requirements of the Thai Government’s Covid-19 prevention measures. As a result, the hotel has received safety and hygiene certification from Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration (SHA) certification or SHA+ from the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT).
